Cigna Healthcare was looking for an Operations Senior Representative - myMatrixx - Remote

Cigna Healthcare is looking for an Operations Senior Representative to join the myMatrixx team. In this role, you will deliver delegated technical, administrative, and operational tasks, participate in reviewing business operations, and help resolve escalated issues for the team.

What You'll Do

  • Perform day-to-day operational functions related to the assigned product.
  • Coordinate clinical interventions, including reviewing progress notes and clinical documents, coordinating assignment with a clinical pharmacist, and auditing document formatting for accuracy.
  • Contact prescriber offices to gather information, coordinate documentation delivery, and schedule teleconferences between prescribers and clinical pharmacists.
  • Respond to inquiries or requests for additional information from clients, different departments, and others.
  • Resolve non-routine issues escalated from junior team members.
  • Support departmental projects.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for operational efficiencies to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on product processes to answer the team's clarifying questions.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in managed care, pharmacy technician, or workers’ compensation claims
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Data entry experience
