Responsibilities

- Optimize data collection and storage procedures
- Use SQL and other query tools to retrieve data
- Apply statistical methods to evaluate operational performance
- Present findings to non-technical audiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data analysis tools
- Participate in testing and validation of new systems
- Support audit and compliance reporting requirements
- Improve data visualization techniques for clarity
- Work within project timelines to deliver insights
- Assist in onboarding and training for new team members
