Construction & Property Group is looking for an Operations Analyst to recommend, coordinate, and monitor operational activities. Your focus will be on ensuring efficient workflows, on-time delivery, and alignment with customer demand through data analysis, production planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Track, analyze, and report key operational KPIs including production output, schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and cycle time.
- Monitor daily production performance and ensure alignment with established production plans.
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational and production reports.
- Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on customer demand and capacity.
- Identify performance variances and provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency.
- Monitor shipping and dock schedules to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Quality, and Purchasing teams to resolve material shortages and scheduling conflicts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through analytical support and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Follow all safety guidelines and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Promote company-wide programs and operational best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel or data visualization tools.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- 2–5 years of experience in production control, planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
