Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reference architectures that guide the deployment of OT services across global sites
- Define technical standards, design blueprints, and implementation guidelines for system integrators
- Produce detailed high- and low-level design documentation for complex industrial environments
- Translate operational needs into robust, automated, and secure technology solutions
- Lead innovation in OT platforms using IoT gateways and edge computing technologies
- Ensure designs support deployability, maintainability, and long-term operational efficiency
- Drive quality assurance and technological health across the solution lifecycle
- Support strategic initiatives for remote operations and process optimization with strong security and resilience
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of five years in system engineering or solution architecture roles within industrial IT/OT or automation
- Hands-on experience with major Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA platforms
- Proven track record implementing enterprise-scale OT data solutions using IoT gateways such as CopaData Zenon, HMS Red Lion, or Siemens Edge
- Strong understanding of industrial networking, network segmentation, and OT-specific security frameworks
- Direct experience with CCTV infrastructure, including cameras, NVRs, and VMS platforms like Milestone, Genetec, or NX Witness
- Knowledge of machinery safety standards such as IEC 60204
- Experience mentoring technical teams and leading cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders
