Requirements
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance, including expertise in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry
- Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders reaching up to 30 feet
- Frequent physical activity including climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, or operating vehicles
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service
Nice to Have
- Completion of trade school, union apprenticeship, military training, or college education
- Holds a valid low pressure boiler operator license
- Possesses a third class refrigeration license
- Has Universal CFC EPA certification or willingness to obtain it within the first year with employer support
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Certified in low pressure boiler operations
- Certified in third class refrigeration systems
