Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients who speak Norwegian, handling their inquiries and service needs efficiently.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client businesses to deliver customized and impactful solutions.
- Lead in-depth consultations to create strategies that support clients' objectives and long-term goals.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of solutions and high client satisfaction.
- Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent support and communication.
- Keep current with industry developments to offer clients timely insights and informed recommendations.
- Help clients overcome obstacles and improve their experience with the services provided.
