Blue Wireless is hiring a Network Support Engineer

About the Role

Support and maintain high-performance wireless networks for enterprise customers worldwide. In this role, you'll diagnose and resolve network issues, configure routers and wireless infrastructure, and ensure seamless connectivity across diverse locations. Your primary focus will be delivering reliable technical solutions while adhering to service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers and wireless networking hardware
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems reported by enterprise clients
  • Document network setups, configurations, and resolution procedures
  • Provide first-tier technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Lead incident management from detection through resolution
  • Conduct remote testing and troubleshooting using secure communication tools
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams across time zones to resolve outages
  • Explain technical resolutions clearly in written form to non-technical stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Firm grasp of IP networking concepts and routing protocols
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot network issues methodically
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated approach with a focus on accountability
  • Flexibility to work scheduled shifts between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Commitment to full-time hours, including weekend availability
  • Adaptability in fast-paced support environments
  • Ownership mindset when managing customer issues end-to-end

Preferred Background

  • Certifications from Cisco or Juniper
  • Experience with Peplink or HP Aruba switching platforms
  • Familiarity with WiFi solutions such as Extreme or similar vendors
  • Working knowledge of Spanish

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the USA with structured shifts. You'll work within a collaborative, international team that values proactive problem-solving and technical precision.
