About the Role
The individual in this role will work closely with internal teams to implement and maintain NetSuite functionalities, ensuring alignment with business processes and scalability needs.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize NetSuite to meet evolving business requirements
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to identify process improvements
- Support system integrations involving third-party applications
- Document configurations, workflows, and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Assist in the design and execution of testing plans
- Provide ongoing support during month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain data integrity across financial and operational modules
- Guide users through system changes and new feature rollouts
- Develop training materials for end-users across departments
- Lead system upgrades and version updates
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Work with external partners on complex implementations
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Manage user roles and permissions within NetSuite
- Support reporting and dashboard development
- Participate in project planning and timeline estimation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite enhancements
- Coordinate change management for system modifications
