Shape the future of mobile fintech by designing and delivering key features in a high-impact React Native application. You'll work across the full development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability for a growing user base.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain features in a cross-platform mobile app using TypeScript and React Native, alongside backend services built with Golang.
- Oversee app releases using modern practices like feature flags, cohort rollouts, and automated deployment pipelines to safely deliver updates to millions.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
- Write clean, testable code and advocate for best practices in architecture, performance, and maintainability.
- Gain deep insight into application behavior, data models, and key performance indicators to inform technical decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of professional mobile development experience, including significant work with React Native or comparable frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with native iOS (Swift or Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin or Java) development and publishing apps to Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Solid grasp of React Native patterns, state management, navigation, and optimization techniques.
- Proven experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, or Appium.
- Experience leading feature development from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Ability to mentor teammates, conduct meaningful code reviews, and influence technical direction.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows using Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing backend services in Go, Python, or similar languages.
- Understanding of microservices and HTTP-based APIs.
- Exposure to native mobile module integration and performance tuning.
