Rillet is looking for an ML/AI Engineer to work on the core systems that power our AI-driven workflows. You will join our growing engineering team and work closely with the CTO, product, and design to help build industry-defining accounting and finance software.
What You'll Do
- Help define Rillet's ML and AI direction for years to come.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and finance experts to define ML solutions.
- Deeply understand user problems and find the best methodology to solve them.
- Develop automated pipelines and processes to train and evaluate models.
- Integrate ML/AI models into production systems and ensure their scalability, reliability, and performance.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in product-driven tech companies.
- Strong Python experience (numpy, pandas, sklearn, pytorch, etc.) across ML techniques and backend engineering.
- Experience with LLM-based agent frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Can work both independently and collaboratively in a small team.
- Enjoy finding practical solutions to real user problems without compromising on quality.
- Have a passion for learning and sharing your expertise with others.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Artificial Intelligence.
