Elvis Eckardt Recruitment & Sales Solutions Limited is hiring a Microsoft 365 Security Engineer for a contract role. You will be a hands-on engineer focused on strengthening identity, endpoint, and data security within a Microsoft-first technology landscape supporting mission-critical satellite communications operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage and secure the Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Implement and maintain identity security using Microsoft Entra ID.
- Design and maintain Conditional Access and Zero Trust controls.
- Configure and optimise Microsoft Defender security tooling.
- Implement and manage Purview data governance and protection.
- Review and strengthen the overall M365 security posture.
- Identify risks and implement remediation across the Microsoft stack.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments in production.
- Experience implementing Entra ID identity and access management.
- Experience configuring Conditional Access and Zero Trust security models.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender security tooling.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview or data protection governance.
- Ability to operate independently and work directly with CIO-level leadership.
