Support merchants and drive financial solutions in a fully remote role as a Merchant Services Representative. Serving businesses in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Texas, you’ll act as a key point of contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing support related to a widely-used financing program.
What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls with merchants to assist with account setup, troubleshooting, and program education
- Guide new merchants through onboarding, including system configuration and process training
- Review and process consumer financing applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Verify funding eligibility and communicate requirements clearly to merchant partners
- Maintain detailed records and follow structured workflows to support timely processing

Work Environment
This is a work-from-home position with a set schedule: weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PT. Scheduling may adjust based on operational demands. You must reside in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, or Texas to qualify.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage of $17, with a monthly bonus potential of up to $750 based on performance
- Weekend hours are compensated at 1.5 times the base rate
