Responsibilities
- Converse with AI models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, including academic or cognitively challenging topics, both verbally and in writing
- Clear, metacognitive communication — 'showing your work'
Nice to Have
- Medical degree (MD, DO) or master’s/PhD in a health sciences field
- Clinical experience
- Peer-reviewed publications
- Hospital-based practice
- Public health project involvement
