Responsibilities
- Help diagnose mechanical issues and perform troubleshooting and repairs on high-speed can production equipment.
- Support scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to maintain equipment reliability and operational uptime.
- Gain hands-on training in disassembling, reassembling, aligning, and setting up mechanical systems.
- Participate in root-cause investigations and performance improvement initiatives to minimize machine downtime.
- Utilize technical schematics, precision measuring instruments, and documented procedures during maintenance work.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date maintenance records while adhering to established engineering protocols.
- Always follow safety protocols, including lockout-tagout procedures, risk assessments, and site-specific safety regulations.
