About the Role

This position involves providing high-level technical support and engineering solutions in field environments, focusing on system performance, integration, and client-specific needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert-level technical support for complex systems in live environments
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware and software issues on-site
  • Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-grade technology infrastructure
  • Collaborate with clients to understand operational requirements and constraints
  • Ensure systems meet performance, security, and reliability standards
  • Provide escalation support for critical technical incidents
  • Perform root cause analysis on system failures and implement corrective actions
  • Support integration of new technologies into existing client environments
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and system configurations
  • Conduct system audits and performance evaluations
  • Lead technical training sessions for client personnel when necessary
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve cross-functional issues
  • Follow change management protocols during system updates or upgrades
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements during field operations
  • Respond to urgent service requests within defined response timeframes
  • Validate system functionality after repairs or installations
  • Recommend improvements based on field observations and client feedback
  • Work with limited supervision on complex technical assignments
  • Ensure all field activities align with project timelines and deliverables
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to assess system health and performance
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity procedures
  • Maintain currency with emerging technologies and technical best practices
  • Escalate unresolved issues with detailed technical documentation
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent, professional service delivery
  • Follow safety and operational guidelines during all on-site engagements
