We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for the home centers retail segment. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help drive campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives that align with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain marketing collateral such as digital content, presentations, signage, packaging, and merchandising tools tailored to retail partners.
- Support the development and implementation of annual marketing plans, ensuring timely execution across multiple brands and customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in all marketing deliverables.
- Lead presentation development for internal and external stakeholders, including special marketing projects.
- Assist in crafting digital marketing strategies, monitor campaign performance, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Coordinate with third-party agencies and internal photo studio to produce on-brand visual content, including photography and video.
- Perform financial analysis related to pricing, forecasting, inventory, and gross margin to support budget planning and project tracking.
- Manage online assets and sales tools to enhance product visibility and drive retail performance.
- Review and proof marketing materials, providing copywriting, editing, and formatting support as needed.
- Lead post-campaign reviews to capture learnings and improve future initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with a demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
