Shae Group is hiring a Marketing Manager (Contractor) to architect and execute marketing strategy across multiple company verticals. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for paid acquisition, funnel optimization, PR, and embedding AI automation into our marketing workflows.
What You'll Do
- Architect and execute marketing strategy and brand positioning across multiple Shae Group verticals.
- Build high-converting funnels using GoHighLevel, leverage our CRM, manage paid media buys, and optimize ROAS across channels.
- Drive community growth, PR/media placements, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Embed AI automation into marketing workflows and deliver clear reporting dashboards on ROI.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years’ experience in growth marketing, paid acquisition, and funnel optimization with measurable revenue impact.
- Hands-on campaign experience across GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
- Strong data-driven mindset: analytics, attribution, CRO, and dashboarding; fluent English and exec-level communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling multi-brand portfolios or agency leadership.
- Background in health/wellbeing or edtech verticals.

- Compensation: USD $1,500–$2,500 per month.
