Responsibilities
- Serve as the main engineering contact for technical issues in contact lens manufacturing operations.
- Act as a bridge between maintenance and engineering teams to resolve large-scale operational challenges.
- Ensure correct mechanical configuration of key subsystems through precise alignments and recalibrations as needed.
- Perform daily checks across production lines to confirm all critical machinery functions at optimal levels.
- Support maintenance staff by training them in proper setup techniques and alignment protocols.
- Guide maintenance teams in identifying root causes of recurring equipment failures.
- Lead and initiate projects aimed at improving equipment performance and reliability.
