About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing DevOps practices, managing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting infrastructure automation to enhance system performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
  • Oversee infrastructure as code implementation using modern configuration tools
  • Manage cloud platform operations across development, staging, and production environments
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment workflows
  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of critical services
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention in operations
  • Support incident response and root cause analysis for production issues
  • Maintain security and compliance standards across infrastructure
  • Evaluate and integrate new DevOps tools and technologies
  • Lead on-call rotation and operational support schedules
  • Document system architecture and operational procedures
  • Work with security teams to enforce access controls and audit policies
  • Optimize resource utilization and cloud cost management
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior team members
  • Coordinate with QA teams to enhance testing environments
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems for early issue detection
  • Manage version control systems and branching strategies
  • Ensure disaster recovery and backup procedures are tested and effective
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
