About the Role

This position involves providing psychological expertise through evaluation, program development, and consultation without delivering direct therapeutic services. The role integrates clinical knowledge into broader organizational initiatives with regular in-person and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and interpret findings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case reviews
  • Develop and refine clinical protocols and documentation standards
  • Provide expert consultation on behavioral health matters
  • Support quality improvement initiatives related to mental health services
  • Review client records for compliance and clinical accuracy
  • Assist in training staff on psychological principles and best practices
  • Participate in program evaluation and data analysis
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines and regulations
  • Contribute to policy development within behavioral health frameworks
  • Engage in regular case conferences with team members
  • Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in all clinical decisions
  • Coordinate with external partners on client-related matters
