About the Role

This role involves providing advanced technical assistance to customers, diagnosing and resolving software-related issues, and improving the overall support experience through proactive problem solving and clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers
  • Escalate complex problems to engineering teams when necessary
  • Document support cases with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Respond to customer inquiries within defined service level agreements
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps using clear, non-technical language
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve resolution processes
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements
  • Provide feedback to development teams based on customer interactions
  • Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles
  • Monitor system alerts and initiate response procedures
  • Support customer onboarding and training initiatives
  • Participate in on-call rotations for critical issues
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality during support interactions
  • Track and report on key support metrics and performance indicators
