A detail-oriented professional is needed to prepare legal documents under tight deadlines, collaborating with a distributed team across shifts while ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and format legal materials according to client standards using multiple software platforms
- Transform documents between various digital formats while ensuring consistency and clarity
- Generate visual data representations such as charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets upon request
- Develop or update Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents
- Enter data accurately using different software tools
- Convert spoken recordings into written text from analog or digital sources
- Repair or retrieve damaged or corrupted files when required
- Offer phone-based technical support to resolve software-related issues
- Meet deadlines by completing all assigned tasks with precision and efficiency
- Manage confidential or sensitive materials and information securely
- Adhere strictly to established operational guidelines and protocols
- Carry out other responsibilities as assigned or required
