Lead Solution Architect
Role Overview
This position is responsible for defining and managing end-to-end technical architectures. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technology implementation, ensuring solutions are robust, future-ready, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain architectural standards and best practices across projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
- Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies, platforms, and frameworks
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance requirements
- Mentor technical teams and provide guidance during implementation phases
- Oversee integration of systems and validate architectural integrity throughout the lifecycle
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, with proven experience in designing complex solutions across distributed environments. Expertise in cloud platforms, data architecture, and integration patterns is essential.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years in technical leadership roles with hands-on architectural experience
- Deep understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect Professional, or equivalent are preferred
