Responsibilities
- Promotes and upholds site reliability principles while providing technical leadership across the team
- Leads projects focused on increasing application and platform stability using data analysis to meet or exceed service level targets
- Works with team members to define meaningful service level indicators and collaborates with stakeholders to set achievable objectives and error budgets
- Displays deep technical proficiency in one or more domains and actively detects and resolves performance constraints
- Serves as primary incident commander during critical outages, applying strong problem-solving skills to minimize business impact
- Captures and disseminates technical knowledge through internal platforms and practice groups
