As a Senior SRE Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and responsiveness of our cloud infrastructure. You'll work across the development lifecycle to embed reliability into systems from the ground up, applying engineering discipline to operational challenges.
What You'll Do
- Deepen system observability by refining logging, monitoring, and performance tracking using tools like NewRelic, ELK, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Design and implement reliability frameworks that support high-availability architectures across distributed environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to promote best practices in resilience, incident response, and service ownership.
- Lead post-incident reviews to identify root causes and drive systemic improvements.
- Support platform design and infrastructure upgrades, contributing to capacity planning and regional scalability.
- Advance automation across deployments and operations using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible.
- Work closely with DevOps and development teams to align reliability goals with product delivery.
- Champion a Service-Oriented Organization model, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for services.
What We're Looking For
You have at least five years of experience in site reliability, DevOps, or a similar role supporting large-scale systems. You're comfortable writing code—ideally with .NET—and applying software engineering principles to infrastructure challenges.
Key technical requirements include hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production, AWS, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab, and IaC platforms like Terraform or Ansible. Familiarity with monitoring ecosystems (e.g., PagerDuty, Grafana, OTEL) and a solid grasp of networking fundamentals are essential. Experience with MySQL or Postgres is a plus.
