Responsibilities
- Guide technical design and implementation across the full stack
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers
- Collaborate with product teams to define feature scope
- Ensure code quality through reviews and standards enforcement

- Lead incident response and system troubleshooting
- Participate in architectural planning and refactoring
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies
- Promote test-driven development practices
- Maintain alignment with security protocols
- Coordinate with frontend and backend specialists
- Support release planning and sprint execution
- Document system design decisions and patterns
- Advocate for user-centric engineering solutions
- Balance technical debt with feature delivery
- Enforce coding standards across repositories
