Workstate is hiring a Lead Frontend Developer to lead technical teams creating dynamic user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will engage with clients, dive deeply into frontend development, and envision future improvements while driving quality and innovation.

What We're Looking For
- 6-10 years of professional experience
- Track record as a technical leader with teamwide impact
- Experience leading development teams in an agile context
- Experience decomposing and assigning work to team members
- Experience removing blockers and maintaining momentum
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript with extensive experience in React
- Experience with Redux Toolkit
- Experience with React Query
- Experience with Node.js / Koa
- Experience with frontend build toolchains
- Strong understanding of responsive design and frontend performance optimization techniques
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment and contribute to team discussions
- Experience with UI/UX principles and working closely with designers
- B2 level (upper-intermediate) or higher English language competency for professional communication
