Allegheny Health Network is looking for a Lead Data Reporting Analyst to turn complex data into clear information, insight, and action. This remote role involves leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to evaluate needs and deliver impactful conclusions.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with internal customers to identify complex business problems, define required outcomes, and determine solution paths.
- Lead teams to evaluate new requirements against existing tools and methods, developing new tools when necessary.
- Extract and transform data from multiple sources, building relationships with data owners and becoming an expert on information repositories.
- Communicate conclusions to senior leadership using various mediums and information design best practices.
- Provide direction, guidance, and training to teammates with less experience.
- Serve as a project manager, assigning highly complex work and monitoring its accuracy and progress.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer and Information Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with Power Query.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $67,500.00 - $126,000.00
