Lead Consultant role focused on Salesforce multi-cloud solutions, requiring extensive experience in gathering requirements, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into technical implementations within a globally distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead sessions to gather and document client requirements
- Support the creation of test strategies and oversee testing activities during QA and user acceptance phases
- Develop training content and deliver training to stakeholders
- Analyze business needs and contribute to planning system enhancements
- Work across departments to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members across global locations
Requirements
- Over 10 years of professional IT experience, including at least 8 years working with Salesforce platforms
- Proven experience designing and implementing multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related modules
- Ability to act as a liaison between clients and technical teams by interpreting business needs into technical requirements
- Hands-on experience with various Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, CPQ/Billing, Field Service Lightning, Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange applications
- Experience leading requirement elicitation and documentation efforts
- Involvement in developing test plans and managing testing throughout QA and UAT cycles
- Track record of creating training materials and facilitating training sessions
- Demonstrated ability in managing relationships with stakeholders across levels
- Experience working in Agile project environments
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams
- Participation in analyzing and defining business requirements for system improvements
- Understanding of software development life cycle and industry best practices
