What You'll Accomplish - Generate compelling, sophisticated brand materials that authentically represent BJAK's visual language. - Architect and refine BJAK's brand framework, maintaining consistency across marketing and product domains. - Engage collaboratively with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to execute unified brand experiences. - Design for varied audiences—consumers, partners, internal teams—flexibly adapting brand voice. - Preserve and polish BJAK's brand guidelines, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and coherence. - Produce swift, strategic design work supporting long-term brand expansion and immediate organizational objectives. - Report directly to Creative Leadership, offering innovative and strategic contributions to overall brand vision. Your Professional Qualifications - 5+ years experience in brand design, graphic communication, or equivalent roles. - Robust portfolio highlighting brand storytelling, consistency, and exceptional execution. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design platforms. - Demonstrated interest or expertise utilizing AI technologies to optimize design workflows. - Capability to work efficiently, manage iterative processes, and deliver under compressed timelines. Advantageous Additional Skills - Performance marketing or dynamic startup environment experience. - Fundamental motion graphics, audio editing, or elementary visual effects capabilities. - Experience managing design templates, systematic approaches, or brand resource libraries.
