Coupa Software is looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer to join our G&A – Information Technology department. In this mid-senior level role, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust analytics solutions that support our business operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data models and ETL pipelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders across G&A functions to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Establish and enforce data governance, quality standards, and best practices for analytics engineering
- Mentor and guide other engineers on the team
- Drive the evolution of our analytics infrastructure and tooling
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a data engineering or analytics engineering role, with a track record of leadership
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and modern data stack technologies
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data processing
