Backblaze seeks a Label Manager for its More Nutrition brand, taking full end-to-end responsibility for label management to improve time-to-market, enable international scaling, and ensure compliance in every market. In this role within our fast-growing team, you will coordinate all involved stakeholders, establish clear processes, and ensure everything is in the right place at the right time to support our mission of providing top-quality products for a healthy and athletic lifestyle.
What You'll Do
- Manage label projects end-to-end to secure time-to-market, including timeline planning, risk management, and escalation of delays.
- Coordinate all stakeholders from Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain, structuring workflows and keeping everyone on track.
- Operationally develop label management processes, identify efficiency potentials, and introduce new tools and standards for faster, safer work.
- Ensure quality assurance by collaborating with the Regulatory team to meet international requirements, coordinating internal reviews, and maintaining alignment with adjacent teams.
- Enable international label rollouts by managing translations, local requirements, and new markets, planning with scalability in mind.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, product management, or label process environments.
- Proven experience with stakeholder-intensive processes, structuring complex topics, and taking action under time pressure.
- Basic understanding of regulatory affairs, design processes, and supply chain workflows.
- Independent, hands-on, solution-oriented work style with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Experience with tools like Miro, MS Office, and PM tools (e.g., Asana).

- Experience in the FMCG industry.
