We're seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer to play a key role in crafting digital experiences from concept through to launch. You'll collaborate with senior designers, developers, and strategy teams to transform user insights and business objectives into clear, functional designs in a fast-moving agency setting.
What You'll Do
- Work with project teams to interpret client goals, user needs, and strategic direction
- Develop user journey maps, basic flows, and low- to mid-fidelity wireframes
- Create responsive interface designs, components, and interactive states for web and mobile platforms
- Apply and extend existing design systems and brand standards across deliverables
- Support usability testing efforts by documenting feedback and iterating on design improvements
- Collaborate with content and strategy teams to ensure visual design reinforces core messaging
- Produce assets using the Adobe Suite and contribute to multi-client design work efficiently
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a creative team, either agency or in-house
- A portfolio demonstrating digital projects with clear insight into your design process
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles, including wireframing, visual hierarchy, and accessibility basics
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with strong attention to detail
- Solid grasp of typography, layout, spacing, color, and design consistency
- Ability to accept feedback, adapt quickly, and manage time across parallel tasks
- Clear communication skills when presenting and discussing design work
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Adobe XD or Sketch
- Background in content planning, sitemaps, or information architecture
