Responsibilities
- Offer remote support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and support cases in our CRM
- Educate clients on product features to enhance their understanding and usage
- Collaborate with the team to handle complex queries and share knowledge
- Gather and analyze client feedback to drive service improvements
- Participate in training programs to stay current with product developments and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and deliver customer satisfaction
- Motivated self-starter capable of working independently
- Desire to experience living and working in Greece
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus
