Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience delivering IT support in a multi-location corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory components including organizational units, permissions, and group policy objects, as well as cloud services such as Office365, Exchange Online, Zoom, Slack, Jira Cloud, and SharePoint Online
- Proven experience using a ticketing system, specifically Jira Service Management
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure AD, Privileged Identity Management, virtual machines, and Windows Virtual Desktop
- Experience in automated device deployment using tools like Autopilot, along with foundational scripting skills, preferably in Windows PowerShell
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as subnets and VLANs
- Exceptional communication abilities and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service
