Responsibilities
- You will collaborate with your co-workers to analyze and resolve their issues, from significant system crashes to simple user errors.
- You will collaborate with fellow engineers to identify and resolve bugs discovered by coworkers.
- You will liaise daily between our Engineering Department and the rest of the organization.
- You will investigate and resolve data-related issues leveraging SQL/PostgreSQL.
- You will coordinate across the organization to drive the resolution of large-scale outages.
- You will assist in maintaining and prioritizing our work queue and backlog both in tickets and project management systems.
Requirements
- You have a working knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL and relational databases.
- You understand software development and troubleshooting processes.
- You have established analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively communicate technical information to audiences of all backgrounds.
- You are highly adaptable, can work on multiple tasks simultaneously, and consistently deliver quality results.
- You have exceptional prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
- You can remain cool, calm, and collected to provide excellent customer support during stressful situations.
Additional Information
- While this is a fully remote role based in the United States, travel will be required at least twice each year for all-company meetings and may be required ad hoc based on business needs.
