You will play a key role in delivering advanced ServiceNow solutions for Identity Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations (SecOps) to large organizations across Europe. In this position, you'll combine technical expertise with client collaboration to configure platforms that meet specific security and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy ServiceNow environments using Flow Designer, JavaScript, and REST integrations, following platform best practices.
- Serve as the main technical contact for IRM and SecOps projects, translating client needs into functional implementations.
- Lead project execution from setup through delivery, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and technically sound.
- Guide development teams on proper ServiceNow architecture and secure workflow design.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define project scope, present technical capabilities, and contribute to proposals and client workshops.
- Define the boundaries and requirements for complex integrations involving ServiceNow and external security systems.
- Help shape industry insights by contributing to webinars, technical papers, and expert discussions on security automation.
