As an Internal Strategic Associate Consultant focused on Marketing & Communication for Product Experience Solutions, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic communication initiatives that align with core business goals. You'll collaborate with experts across the organization to craft clear, impactful messaging and ensure consistent delivery across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated communication campaigns from concept to completion, including content creation, channel strategy, and audience engagement
- Manage and enhance internal and external digital platforms—maintaining content accuracy, improving navigation, and ensuring brand consistency
- Use data analytics to monitor user behavior and optimize digital communication performance
- Translate complex technical topics into accessible, audience-focused content
- Support executive-level communication needs in coordination with leadership and regional teams
- Contribute to event planning and execution for internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong partnerships across corporate and regional marketing functions to drive alignment
Qualifications
A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field—preferably with a marketing focus—is required. You bring strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences empathetically and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Proven project and process management abilities are essential, along with hands-on experience managing websites, intranets, or digital platforms. A proactive, execution-oriented mindset is key. Office-based work in Hamburg is mandatory.
