Seagate is hiring an Intern to join a product team developing Large Language Model (LLM) based analytics solutions. You will work with a team of 12-15 Data Science, ML, and Platform Engineers to build and maintain advanced analytics platforms that transform business operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize LLM-based analytics solutions to revolutionize business operations.
- Work as part of a product team building and maintaining Machine Learning platforms and Big Data solutions.
- Leverage commercial (e.g., Azure OpenAI) or open-source (e.g., Llama) LLMs to help users accelerate their daily workflows.
- Work on seamless integration of LLM models with existing platforms.
- Design and implement tools and processes for the entire ML Ops lifecycle, including model development, deployment, serving, monitoring, and experimentation.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and Business SMEs on end-to-end Analytics platform and supporting infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Masters in Computer Science, Machine Learning Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on or research experience in developing Natural Language Processing models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles & algorithms and generative AI tools and techniques.
- Strong programming background in Python.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Working experience on the various aspects of training and deployment of deep learning solutions in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
