About the Role
The role involves designing, developing, and delivering scalable learning programs using sound instructional design principles and innovative technologies to improve workforce performance.
Responsibilities
- Create learning content aligned with business objectives and adult learning principles
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze training needs
- Design interactive course materials using digital authoring tools
- Develop assessments to measure learner comprehension and training effectiveness
- Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM to project workflows
- Translate complex information into accessible and engaging training modules
- Manage multiple phases of course development from concept to delivery
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine learning materials
- Ensure training solutions meet accessibility standards
- Support implementation of learning programs across various delivery formats
- Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements based on data
- Stay current with trends in learning technology and instructional methodologies
- Maintain organized documentation for all course development projects
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment with company initiatives
- Use learning management systems to deploy and track training programs
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in instructional design or educational technology
- Experience with video editing and screen recording software
- Certification in instructional design methodologies
- Familiarity with agile project workflows
- Experience supporting leadership or management training initiatives
