As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will take ownership of transactional accounts across Switzerland and the Nordics, serving as the main point of contact for a diverse range of clients. Your focus will be on expanding relationships with existing customers while identifying and converting new business opportunities across key scientific sectors including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and environmental research.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the full product portfolio to clients, delivering tailored solutions through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Generate and qualify leads in coordination with marketing, as well as through independent prospecting efforts
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to follow-up on quotes and closing deals—using digital sales platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches and align with market-focused specialists to track industry trends and competitive movements
- Maintain and resolve service cases in the CRM system, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation
- Plan and prioritize territory activities to maximize customer engagement and sales performance
