Payhawk is hiring an Implementation Manager, German Speaking

About the Role

As a German-speaking Implementation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the customer journey from day one. You'll work closely with new clients to understand their business goals, configure their Payhawk environment accordingly, and deliver personalized training to ensure rapid and effective adoption.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding, creating tailored project plans and coordinating across internal teams to meet service level commitments.
  • Act as a strategic partner, helping clients align Payhawk’s features with their internal workflows to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Use data insights to refine setups, uncover optimization opportunities, and support clients as they scale their usage.
  • Identify and communicate product feedback to internal teams, contributing to future enhancements.
  • Support customer growth by guiding them through new functionalities and evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless transitions and identify expansion opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

You bring strong organizational skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to explain complex systems clearly. Fluency in German is essential, and experience in SaaS or fintech is a plus. You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities efficiently, and take ownership of client outcomes.
