A senior HubSpot Implementation Consultant is needed to lead a complete, one-time deployment of HubSpot across all core hubs—CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations. This contract role focuses on building a robust, scalable foundation aligned with real-world go-to-market processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure the overall HubSpot architecture, including data models, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core object structures
- Set up automation, workflows, lead routing, and scoring rules tailored to business needs
- Integrate HubSpot with existing client systems using native connectors or middleware platforms
- Oversee data migration, ensure data integrity, and conduct quality assurance checks
- Develop dashboards and reports for both operational teams and leadership visibility
- Document system design choices, configurations, and governance practices
- Ensure a fully functional, production-ready environment is delivered with a clear handoff
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in managing full lifecycle HubSpot implementations
- Deep understanding of HubSpot’s data architecture and modeling capabilities
- Hands-on experience creating automation, workflows, and lead management systems
- Familiarity with integration methods between HubSpot and third-party tools
- Experience handling data cleanup, migration, and validation processes
- Strong documentation habits and a structured approach to system handovers
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Prior client-facing consulting or delivery experience
Preferred Background
- HubSpot certifications
- Background in Revenue Operations or go-to-market operations
- Experience supporting B2B, B2C, or mixed sales models
- Proficiency with automation platforms such as Make or Zapier
- Track record building executive dashboards and performance reports
