Responsibilities
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Assist with performance review cycles and documentation
- Monitor compliance with Brazilian labor regulations
- Coordinate HR-related documentation for legal and audit purposes
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues
- Support investigations into workplace concerns or conflicts
- Partner with management on disciplinary actions and corrective measures
- Provide guidance on leave policies, including maternity and sick leave
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across locations
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives
- Track workforce metrics and generate HR reports
- Collaborate with global HR teams on process improvements
- Support change management efforts within the Brazilian workforce
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
- Help implement HR tools and systems locally
- Advise managers on HR best practices
- Monitor local employment law updates and advise on impacts
- Support workforce planning and headcount tracking
