EY is offering an HR Recruitment Internship within the Core Business Services department. You will join the Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, gaining hands-on experience in a global professional services firm. This role focuses on supporting national recruitment processes, developing professional skills, and contributing to projects in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Publish job postings across relevant platforms.
- Screen CVs and search for candidate profiles on social networks.
- Maintain direct contact with candidates throughout all selection phases.
- Define and describe the profiles being sought for open positions.
- Assist in organizing and running group dynamics and assessment centers.
- Prepare competency-based reports on candidates.
- Support Employer Branding actions and initiatives.
- Design, execute, and implement initiatives to attract top talent.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Final year student or recent graduate pursuing a master's in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or similar field. A Master's in Human Resources is valued.
- English proficiency at level B2 or higher (evaluated during selection).
- User-level proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Key competencies: Teamwork, dynamism, proactivity, initiative, and results orientation.
- Availability for an immediate start, full-time, for a minimum of 6 months.
- Essential: Ability to sign a training/internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
