Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR staff and leadership to convey HR guidelines, legal requirements, industry standards, and regulatory mandates.
- Administer exit interviews, assess findings, and suggest improvements to leadership for workplace enhancements.
- Address employee concerns including payroll discrepancies and benefits inquiries.
- Support HR leadership and compliance teams in managing unemployment claims on behalf of the organization.
- Deliver or coordinate training sessions for distribution center staff.
- Oversee and manage employee recognition initiatives.
- Source and screen candidates for entry-level hourly and technical roles, matching qualifications to job needs.
- Build and sustain relationships with distribution center employees while ensuring adherence to company policies related to wages, work hours, and conditions.
- Assist management in examining safety concerns and policy violations.
- Lead orientation sessions for newly hired employees.

- Part-time new hires become eligible for company benefits if they average a minimum of 15 hours per week during their initial 90-day evaluation period.
- The evaluation period begins on the first day of the month following the hire date.
