Hyundai USA was looking for a HR Benefits Assistant Manager

Hyundai USA is hiring an HR Benefits Assistant Manager to develop payroll policies and processes, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and manage all payroll administration for staff and hourly or salary employees. You will join Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA), the group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant, which applies cutting-edge production technology.

What You'll Do

  • Develop payroll policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Communicate, educate, and train all levels of management and employees on payroll matters.
  • Handle payroll administration for staff and hourly or salary pay-out.
  • Interact closely with managers and executives on overtime and allowances payment.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and government regulations on payroll and terms of employment.
  • Interact with statutory boards as required.
  • Manage all statutory submissions, payments, and processing of government claims.
  • Maintain the HRIS system and work with the system provider to test and implement updates.
  • Generate manpower cost reports for management review.
  • Provide payroll-related information for internal and external audits.
  • Maintain proper document filing and documentation.
  • Meet all other requirements as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in payroll management.
  • Experience with HR trends, labor legislation, compensation programs, and Georgia income taxes.
  • Job-related experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • SAP experience.
  • Strong command of the English language (written and spoken).
