Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications.
- Work closely with Service Designers to translate service blueprints into actionable UX experiences.
- Collaborate with BAs to ensure logic, dependencies, and requirements are reflected in the UI.
- Contribute to research, usability testing, and iteration.
- Work within established design principles, tooling, and team frameworks.
- Operate effectively within a pod environment, ideally with colleagues you’ve worked with previously.
- Evolve your work as project scopes and workstreams become fully defined.

- Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship.
- Work setup: 100% remote
- Anticipated contract end date: April 30, 2026 with potential to extend
