Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal negotiation and closing.
- Design and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Leverage modern sales tools and AI to enhance pipeline management, forecasting, and productivity.
- Develop and refine a repeatable, scalable sales playbook and sales processes.
- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to guide data-driven decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Provide market feedback to the product team to inform roadmap and innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales roles with a strong record of exceeding targets.
- Proven leadership in scaling B2B SaaS sales operations.
- Experience with modern SaaS go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales motions.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales productivity/AI tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry (airlines, airports, ground handling) is a strong asset.
