ASE Global is hiring a Head of Sales (Ireland)

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal negotiation and closing.
  • Design and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Leverage modern sales tools and AI to enhance pipeline management, forecasting, and productivity.
  • Develop and refine a repeatable, scalable sales playbook and sales processes.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Provide market feedback to the product team to inform roadmap and innovation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales roles with a strong record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven leadership in scaling B2B SaaS sales operations.
  • Experience with modern SaaS go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales motions.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales productivity/AI tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry (airlines, airports, ground handling) is a strong asset.
