Responsibilities
- Define and lead the full sales lifecycle strategy targeting B2B clients, diaspora communities, and markets in the Global South.
- Create and oversee a structured sales pipeline with defined stages and reliable conversion metrics.
- Identify, negotiate, and finalize agreements with enterprise clients, small and medium businesses, and key ecosystem participants.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue goals linked to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Total Payment Volume (TPV).
- Secure and manage strategic alliances with financial institutions, fintech companies, payment gateways, and diaspora networks.
- Develop distribution partnerships to extend market presence in North America, Europe, and Africa.
- Foster enduring relationships within the ecosystem to ensure continuous revenue expansion.
- Lead efforts to acquire customers, focusing on traders in developing economies and businesses within diaspora communities.
- Implement customer success frameworks that enhance onboarding, retention, and referral rates.
- Leverage CRM tools and performance analytics to refine customer experiences and boost lifetime value.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s CRM platform, including systems like Zoho, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
- Create and maintain sales workflows, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for transparent pipeline tracking.
- Apply data-driven forecasting methods to assess revenue performance and identify growth potential.
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to align product launches and market strategies.

- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets tied to ARR and Total Payment Volume (TPV).
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, payment processors, and diaspora associations.
- Build channel partnerships to expand market reach across North America, Europe, and Africa.
- Develop and manage long-term ecosystem relationships that drive sustained revenue growth.
- Lead customer acquisition initiatives targeting traders in Global South markets and diaspora-owned businesses.
- Establish customer success processes that drive activation, retention, and referrals.
- Use CRM and performance data to improve customer journeys and increase lifetime value (LTV).
- Own and operate the CRM system (Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar).
- Design workflows, dashboards, and reporting to ensure accurate pipeline visibility.
- Implement data-driven forecasting to inform leadership on revenue health and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to align go-to-market execution.
